At Dewan-e-Musk, we deeply value your trust and satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure that every bottle you receive brings joy, confidence, and a true reflection of your identity. However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we are here to assist you — in line with the beautiful Sunnah of honesty and fairness in trade.

Our Sunnah-Inspired Promise

Following the principles of Sunnah, we believe in maintaining transparency and compassion with our customers. That’s why we accept returns and exchanges for any perfume or attar that does not meet your expectations, as long as it follows our simple guidelines below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • The product should be in its original condition and packaging.
  • For perfumes, at least 90% of the fragrance must remain in the bottle.
  • Returns and exchanges apply to 50ML, and 100ML perfume bottles.
  • Items such as gifts boxes, and testers (5ML/10ML,15ML) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Processing Time

Once your return is received, our team will inspect it carefully.
Please allow 5–7 working days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Refunds will be initiated after verification through your chosen payment method.

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easy Paisa

Refunds for COD orders will be issued through a verified bank or mobile wallet transfer.

Minor Usage or Missing Packaging

If the perfume has been slightly used (up to 10%) or if the box, cellophane, or tester is missing, a small service fee may apply to cover repackaging and quality checks.

If more than 10% of the perfume has been used, it will not be eligible for return.
